Fees:

$30 per speech event

Payment:

Registration is not complete until your fees have been paid! If fees are not paid by the close of registration, your registration will be dropped from the tournament.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations received after registration closes will not be eligible for a refund. We make decisions (space usage, awards, food, etc.) based on the number of people who have registered and paid. For this reason, we do not offer refunds after registration closes.

Drop Fees:

Drop Fees are utilized to discourage late drops to events. Late drops have a negative impact, causing us to have to re-plan and re-configure, because rooms, schedule, and patterns are based on registrations.

Please double-check your events prior to December 15. If you decide to drop any events, send an email ASAP to [email protected]. We need to know so that we can make adjustments.

• During open registration dates (December 11-15) ~ Refunds available.
• December 16 – January 15 ~ No Refunds, drop Fee of $10 per event.
• January 16 – January 25 ~ Drop Fee of $20 per event.
• January 26 or 27 (On Site) ~ "Ouch" Drop Fee of $25 per event.

In order to be eligible to compete in your other events, drop fees must be paid prior to the tournament. There will be a $25 fee for any event that is dropped at on-site student check-in. In order to be eligible to compete in your other events, this fee must be paid in cash at student check-in before the tournament begins.
